The combination of ingredients in this cocktail are downright disrespectful... but it doesn't care. Tequila and chocolate shouldn't work this well together, but they do. This version of an Old Fashioned is a diss to common sense but it makes so much sense after you try it.

Pinot Noir - 

This juicy red is filled with dried raspberry and cherry tart flavors that show plenty of toasty accents. Ends with notes of hot stone and cooking spices on the supple finish. 

Cabernet Sauvignon - 

Dark, supple and inviting. Black cherry, plum, mocha and licorice give this open-knit Cabernet tons of up-front appeal. Silky tannins wrap around the juicy, inviting finish.

Barbaresco-

Well balanced, elegant without excessive tannins, with a soft and spicy aftertaste. Pairs well with Meat & Pasta. 

Chianti Classico Riserva - 

Tight on the palate with cherries and berries and hints of toasted oak and cedar. It's medium-bodied and compact, with fine tannins and a fresh finish. Lovely fruit at the end. 

Cabernet Sauvibnon - 

This wine jumps out of the glass with aromas of fresh black cherry and plum. Layers of savory cherry compote, earth, cedar and graphite are rounded out by a long finish with hints of dark chocolate, balanced acidity and minerality.  

Cabernet Sauvibnon - 

Rich, creamy and nicely textured. Black cherry, bittersweet chocolate, spice, new leather and licorice all flesh out in the glass. This is a more extracted style than seen in some of the preceding wines in the range

Nebbiolo - 

Bright and tangy, this fragrant wine offers head scents of red rose, pine forest, wet flint and Alpine herb. Vibrant and savory, the racy palate has lovely mineral energy and tension, doling out juicy Marasca cherry, ground clove and a hint of hazelnut alongside taut, refined tannins and bright acidity. 

Barbaresco Muncagota Riserva - 

Bouquet of red fruit with delicate floral hints. On the palate it is elegant and full-bodied with a firm tannic finish. Mr Verdes' personal favorite for special occations.
